  No one can post a comment on my home page post: vishalnagda.wordpress.com.
  Comments are enabled. But I can’t comment.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I think I can type in text inside the comment box.

  I have visited your home page which shows all the text from one post. As it is a home page, and comments in the home page is not enabled, the comment box will not show. But, if you click on the blog post title, it will navigate you to the post page, where you can see the comment box and comment.

  Suggestion: in case of very long posts, you might want to break the text by using the more tag (https://en.support.wordpress.com/more-tag/) so that the initial portion of text is only shown in the home page. When the reader clicks “Read more” (or the post link) it navigates you to the full post. Although this will completely depend on how you design your blog.
