  how do u put comments at the bottom of a post and not at the top?

  Each theme is designed by a different web designer. You theme has a link to click to leave comments at the top and the comment boxes appear under the post. When you moderate and approve comments they will appear at the bottom of the post. I recommend signing out of wordpress.com and approaching your blog as if your were a visitor and then using the comment function to leave yourself a “test comment”. That way you will be clear about how it works.
