  Hey,
  My blog is quiet new and I’m still figuring out the workings of this website. The fact that people’s comments are not visible immediately after they post is reducing the number of views I receive. Can you please tell me how to change my settings so that I don’t have to approve any comment that is posted?

  You can manage your comments by going to My Sites>Settings>Discussion.
