    I seem to be having some issues commenting on other people’s posts. Occasionally, I can but a majority of the time my comment just disappears. I’ve spoken to other bloggers and it doesn’t seem to be anything to do with their comment settings. Please help! I would really like to participate in discussions with my fellow book bloggers. Thank you!

    There could be a couple of reasons why your comment doesn’t appear right away on a site including the owner’s decision to moderate comments.

    However, if this is happening to you regularly on WordPressdotcom sites you visit, you might have been tagged inadvertently as a spammer. Please use the contact form at https://akismet.com/contact/ and enter the words “marked as spam”. Then fill out the form that appears on the lower half of that page to notify Akismet staff of the problem. Make sure you enter the email address that is associated with your WordPressdotcom username account.
