On one of my sites there’s a place where people can click to leave a comment beneath each post. My other site doesn’t have a place where people can click to leave a comment. Can’t figure out why. Can you help? Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

https://daerickson.wordpress.com has comments enabled. Your other site appears to be hosted by Wix so the WordPress.com forum can’t really help you. That theme might not even allow comments? (Although have you looked in the menu for “Settings” “Discussion” “Allow comments” or something similar?)

Thanks for getting back. I have two wordpress sites. One site has a place to click at the bottom of each post for Comments, and even though the daerickson.wordpress.com has Comments enabled, there doesn’t seem to be a Comment form, or a place for someone to click to leave a comment at the bottom of each post. Can’t figure out why. I’ve been working on this all morning.

Thanks for your help. Any additional help would be great.

I’ve just left a test comment awaiting moderation here:-

Remember you have to click on the title of the post to bring the comment box up at the bottom. That’s probably how your (old, no longer supported so I can’t see the name of it) theme was probably set up. Many themes now do put the comment button (but not a full comment box) beneath each post on the front page.

Okay, thanks! I guess it’s okay then. I sure do appreciate it!
