  I am the administrator of my website, retirementrockstars.com. I am blocked from reading my user’s comments on my posts due to some type of shorturl restriction. I have tried deactivating plugins, clearing caches, checking firewall settings, checking wordpress settings. I am new to blogging, and I dont know what else to do to gain access to my user comments. Please help. Thank you so much.

  It sounds frustrating, but you’ve already done a lot of smart troubleshooting steps. Since the issue mentions a shorturl restriction, that often points to either a plugin conflict or a security/firewall rule blocking certain URLs. A couple of things you can try:

  1. Check your hosting provider’s security settings – sometimes server-level firewalls or security tools block requests they think look suspicious. Opening a support ticket with your host can save a lot of time.
