  I am having trouble getting the Leave Comment function to work on my blog. I have set up the discussion parameters and checked all of the leave comment boxes. Can anyone help please

  Hi @janetbc,

  That’s a self-hosted WordPress installation, it’s not a WordPress.com account. However, on WordPress ( self-hosted ) in order to enable comments, you must go to Settings > Discussion and enable comments – but as I understand from your first post, you already did this. In this case it may be an issue with the theme but before to investigate this, please take a look over this page : https://codex.wordpress.org/Settings_Discussion_Screen and make sure you properly configured/enabled comments for your posts/pages.

  NOTE : as I see on your website, on the left of the pages, there is a link “Leave a comment” but nothing happens when I click on that — in this case, most probably you should check again the theme.
