The Discussion page is where you set up defaults for commenting.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-discussion/
This page will help you enable or disable comments for posts and page you already published. http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/If you have posted to this technical support forum for thos who gave issues with wordpress.com software in an attemtpt to beg for comments you have made an error in judgemnet.
We have a blog promotion forum you can post to here > Showcase Forum > https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/showcase One is expected to actually create a blog promotion and post it when one enters a thread there. A single word simply does not cut it and can be perceived by others to be spam.

I don’t know about everybody else but it seems to be difficult to get any help from your Company. Your Support Site is confusing for the layman like me to find a place to write a Support Ticket to get some help on a little matter that I’m having. The problem is this link http://wordpress.com/forums/forum.php?id=3 I copy &; pasted it into my browser and it said page not found?? so what does that mean.
It asked me if I wanted to explore some Tags what ever that means as well. Anyway I have a bad feeling that I won’t be getting any answer about this problem. So wish me luck as I browse through your sea of CRAP.

It means that the WordPress.com subdomain URL you entered cannot be found. I’m sorry but we Volunteers who answer forum questions do not provide support by email. If you will post the URL here that produced the “404” page not found then we will try to see what we can find that will help you.
If you hare referring to a blog you registered here at WordPress.com and you deleted the “hello World” post your front page will produce a “404” until you publish a post. Then it will disappear. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/

http://wordpress.com/forums/forum.php?id=3 is an old link. It’s been replaced by https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization
