My original blog is gardenmad. I have set up a new blog lynnespostaday. When I answer comments on my new blog, I show up as gardenmad, but I would like to answer as lynnespostaday. Is there anyway to have each id stay with its respective blog?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks for the speedy reply. I would really like to set up two accounts, but when I go to wordpress.com to set up a new username for a new account, it already knows me, and just goes to my original username and asks me if I’d like another blog. I can’t figure out how to disquise myself so it doesn’t already know me. (I know, I know, the computer is smarter than me!) I have set up a new email to use with the new username, so I’m ready on that front, but I’ve spent a whole day trying to sort this out, and I don’t seem to be any further ahead. Any other suggestions?

You need to log out, create a new account at WordPress.com using a different email, and then Invite that user to b e on the blog as an Admin.

In the new Blog I am an administrator on, there is no discussion option showing. It should be offered in the list beneath Settings. All that is offered at present is Polls. I have followed instructions, but no matter what i do, I am not being offered the Discussion option so that I can enable Comments.

Thanks raincoaster. I think this might work. I’ve done what you said, but my brain is fried and I can’t think straight any longer. It’s looking good though, and I’m sure in the morning when I can actually think of something to post, it will all come together.

    Thanks, everybody who helped!
