  the more recent posts on my blog allow comments, the older posts do not. I’m not sure how to fix that. I want people to be able to comment on all my posts

  It does not look like fattofabmom.com is a WordPress.com site. If this is a WordPress.org site, you’ll have to look for support on that forum. You can find it at https://wordpress.org/support/ and then just log in on the top right.
