  I am not sure how to properly deal with comments from visitors to my blog.
  So far only one of the comments is showing. Of course, all my replies are showing. Why am I not seeing the other comments?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You check if the approval for comments are pending. Go to My Sites > Comments. Under Pending tab all the comments will be listed that are pending for approval. unless you approve the comments those won’t be posted on you blog.
  You have full access to comments. Follow this guide to know more about how to manage comments.
  It depends on you to choose who can comment.

  I have seen those. I thought the comments should be obvious to those who visit the blog.
  Am I correct?

  I responded to the comments from my email….so the only thing I am seeing are the replies I wrote and one comment which did not get posted through the email.

  As I mentioned before viewer’s comments need your approval. Approve the comments under Pending tab and they will appear.
  Bloggers get a lot of spam or inappropriate comments at times. So, without approval no comments are posted.

  Also, I had visited your site earlier and now I noticed along with your comments, viewer’s comments are also visible.
  I hope you figured it out.

  Thanks for your reply….
  The first five comments received were not showing on the site even after I approved them.
  Maybe I should look at it again.
  I think it has to do with how they post their comments initially. But I am not sure how to differentiate. I had told persons to make their comments by going to the ‘CONTACT’ button at the top right hand corner of the post. is that correct?

  Hi there,

  Contact Form is a way for users to contact you. When a user fills contact form and submits it, you get a email with user details to which you can reply. Comments filled in contact form won’t appear on your blog.
  Comments are added in the ‘Leave a Reply’ section below the blog post. These comments will appear once approved by you.
