  I am not sure how to properly deal with comments from visitors to my blog.
  So far only one of the comments is showing. Of course, all my replies are showing. Why am I not seeing the other comments?

  If you go here: https://wordpress.com/comments/

  You will be able to see what is pending, approved, etc.
  It could be possible that you have some pending.. ?
