How can I disable comments?

  have tried to use the discussions tab to remove the comments facility – it doesn’t work. I even changed the theme I was using, but it still doesn’t work.

  I checked the discussions option in the screen tab on the top left and tried again but it still doesn’t work.

  I am just so not happy right now, please help.
