  how do i allow readers to post a comment at the bottom of each post?

  Can someone please help? Something has changed in my dashboard are of my website. there is a black bar across the top and the “edit page” option is gone. why does everything look so different?

  Probably because you are currently logged in to a WordPress.com account rather than the correct account to reach your site that is hosted elsewhere.
