  I’m not sure if I do really get you. Do you want to delete your account and keep the comments of your site?

  OR

  Are you trying to delete the comments and you are thinking that deleting your user account would delete the comments?

  The comments are attached to your site and your site is attach to your user account. If you delete your user account then you will be deleting your site(s) plus all the contents that are attached to your site (pages/post/comments/media etc.).
