Hi there,
I do not see comments enabled on your most recent post Shadows on My Star 11, but I see them enabled for all the rest. That is because the comment settings for individual posts override the general settings for all posts. You can enable comments by editing your post, clicking the options tab module on the right, and clicking the checkbox under Allow Comments
.For further instructions, please visit our support pages:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-and-disable-comments-for-published-posts-and-pages/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments-for-future-posts/
Thanks,

Thanks for you help, but quite doesn’t do fix for me, sorry😅. Once I click the “post settings” and then go to “more options”, I do not have the option to “allow comments”. So, what could the issue be?

This is a screenshot from one of your posts, have a look: https://d.pr/i/V2V7s4
What do you see on your end? If you could add a screenshot it would help us understand better. You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/), or follow the instructions described here: -
Hey!

Yes, you can upload the email here https://snipboard.io/ and add the link in your reply or, you can upload it to your media libarary and let us know.

Thanks for that, it seems that you’re using the mobile app to work on your site. Unfortunately, you won’t see this option in the app. If you have an opportunity to use a desktop computer, you’ll be able to Allow comments for a single post.
If you don’t have a desktop computer, you can also access your account from the mobile via WordPress.com rather than from the app.I hope that helps.
