  I have the allow comments checked on both the pages screen and the discussion screen but my blog page still is not showing where people can leave comments

  Your browser cache might be responsible for this issue.

  Have you tried accessing your website from incognito mode or from another browser to see it helps?

  If it does you might need to clear the cache and cookies of your browser to view your recent website update.
