Comments and Passwords? Log-in or out.

I’m a Premium user but I can’t find the Happiness help or engineers or whatever they are. (I saw that link one time.)
Passwords and comments – I can only create blogs – I can’t “comment” on either my own or other bloggers pages. I type, I click post. the place for the password pops up and Safari tells me to choose a strong password.
If I don’t do that and try my old one I’m blocked.
If I do it and try this new 16-digit one I’m blocked.
I can only post blogs and entries.I go through 2 or 3 types of password checks and I finally just get routed back to the page. Sometimes it says “It looks like you’ve already posted that” and the click will send me back to the page but my new comment isn’t there.
I appear to be logged in when this happens but I might not be because it tells me I’m not.
But when I go to the Help page it asks me to log out. –WP.com: Yes
