Comments and Subscribers

    Hi team,

    I’m trying to get the email followers to my blog: marwasmemoir.com and It’s giving me only 3 emails and I’m sure these are not the only emails subscribed. I even tried to subscribe from my personal email, and it wasn’t shown in the list.

    Can you please assist me in getting the complete list?
    Also, is there a way to get notified whenever someone subscribes?

    Another problem I’m facing is that people are not able to comment on my posts although comments are open. even sometimes there’s a line showing: comments are closed when they’re not.

    It seems that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com.

    This is a public forum that provides support only for the sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    Hi Marwa,

    I see three email subscribers for your site, and three WordPress.com followers. Note that those WordPress.com followers could also be receiving email updates for your site, but that won’t have them listed under email subscribers as well. Email subscribers only list people who follow your site via email only, without having a WordPress.com account.

    It’s not possible to export the email addresses for WordPress.com subscribers, only for email followers.

    While the OP’s site is not hosted with us, they’re using our subscriptions feature via the Jetpack plugin.

    This is not an issue with the WordPress software, so the WordPress.org forums cannot help with this.
