Comments appearing on wrong post

  Hi there,
  I have been noticing that sometimes on my blog, comments are being shown on the wrong post. For example I just posted this post: http://embejoetc.wordpress.com/2008/03/22/and-the-baby-turned-1/
  which shows three comments that were made back here (and still appear here too) http://embejoetc.wordpress.com/2008/03/09/schindlers-list/

  Sometimes this only happens when clicking the ‘comment’ link, sometimes when clicking the post title, and sometimes it is correct and there are no problems at all. Can anyone help me?

  Since writing this request for help, I have had comments on the post mentioned in the first link above and now the wrong comments have disappeared. I know this sounds strange…anyone else had this problem? It seems to be a transient problem, as sometimes it’s fine.
  Anyone?

  The same thing is happening in my blog, too! It’s only happened to a few posts – it doesn’t happen all the time. Also, when the comments are posted onto the wrong entry, these misdirected comments are posted onto the same entry. I can’t find a fix for it… you can’t migrate comments under the manage comments page – only change their content. :( Has anybody found any fix for this?

  I just noticed a spam comment attaching itself to a post where comment has been closed for over six months! It was caught by Akismet, but how could this happen in the first place?
