Comments Archive Page?

  Is there a way to create a Comments Archive Page? Either a static page where comments will embed, or a link that I can provide to my readers that will generate that page, will work.

  Thinking similar to the “Recent Comments” widget, but with the full text of each comment displayed, and a greater number of comments displayed than the widget allots. Or think of it like the generated Archives Page, except for Comments.
