comments are deleted everynight automatically, any way to track

  my comments are deleted everynight automatically. none of our editors have deleted it, nor the administrator.
  i have used tracking plugins like, wazzup and usertrack, but with no info.
  is it some internal acitvity taking place in wordpress, if so what could be the reason.
  the deleted comments are not spams, and are already approved by editors. and was visible on the site for 2 to 3 days.
  they dont have urls in it, to consider it as spams by wordpress.
  please help.

  If you are using plugins you are in the wrong forum. Head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ which is where self-hosted blogs are supported. We cannot help you here because we simply don’t have an answer.
