Comments are not showing up after recent wordpress update

After i updated my wordpress version, the comments on my articles are not showing up. Only the number of comments is displayed. I read many support articles, but coudn’t find anything related to zuki theme.
I have done the trouble shooting by changing to default theme, and found out that it s related to zuki theme.
Kindly help in this matter.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As we already told you 11 months ago, we can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. Support for sites using the open source wordpress.org is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Hi,
I remember what you told me 11 months ago, and as per that, i posted on wordpres.org support forum 2 days ago, before approaching you.
I got this reply from their side – You should ask WordPress.com Support instead.
If this relates to a theme from WordPress.com, please post in their theme forums.

P.S. I already created a ticket for zuki support team, but did not hear back from them yet.

Even though Zuki is a Premium WordPress.com theme it seems that you’ve purchases yours directly from the author of that theme.
Please understand that we can only provide support for upgrades purchased through us. For help with your site’s theme please wait for the author to reply to the ticket you have opened with them.
