comments area position

  Is it possibile to have the “comments area” before the comments?
  I need this because i’d like to have the last comments on top and the comments area where to write new ones not at the end of the page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. Under Settings ->Discussion you can set whether comments are displayed with older or newer comments first: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#other-comment-settings

  The actual position of the comment box is determined by the theme and can only be moved (if possible) by editing the theme’s CSS, for which you’ll need the Custom Design upgrade.
