Comments aren't appearing on other people's blogs

  For a while now my comments aren’t appearing when I try to write comments on other WordPress blogs while logged into WordPress. I can comment fine on my own blog (cutyourhair.wordpress.com), but apparently not others.

  It’s happened on three different blog entries on three different blogs:

  1) http://iang.co/2014/08/19/who-christians-should-vote-for-in-new-zealands-2014-general-election/

  2) http://jononatusch.wordpress.com/2014/08/30/judith-collins-resigns/

  3) http://openparachute.wordpress.com/2014/09/01/august-14-nz-blogs-sitemeter-ranking/#comment-60869 (this is the most recent one; here I actually have the URL of the supposed comment. Please note that comment 60870 has appeared, but not mine)

  A couple of times I’ve tried to go back and submit the comment again, but it comes up with the error message saying “you’ve already made that comment!” But I check back days or weeks later and the comment hasn’t appeared.

  And, before you ask: No, I don’t think I’ve been saying anything offensive enough that the owners of those blog wouldn’t approve the comments.

  I’m using Google Chrome on a Macbook.
