comments as spam

A few days ago, I started excessively posting comments on other wordpress pages, and now my comments are marked as ‘spam’ whenever I decide to comment anymore. I waited a few days, and this is still happening. What can I do? Does this spam thing eventually go away, or am I no longer capable of commenting on other wordpress blogs ever again?
