How do I delete or hide the Comments bar at the bottom of all the pages of my site?
Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

At Settings > Discussion > Default Settings, uncheck “Allow people to post comments on new articles.” That should remove the “Leave a Comment” label and box from your posts.
If at some time in the future you choose to include comments again, you might want to make other modifications on the Discussion Settings page.

Thank you so much but I did that before asking and it did not help. I thought it would take time for the changes to appear but it’s been 2 hours so far.
Could it be a technical problem or a limitation of the theme? -
I actually just created a new page and yes, the comment bar is gone, but my all 27 old pages still have it.

All WordPress blogs by default have comments open on all Pages and Posts. Your visitors click the post tiles or the comment links or comment bubbles on the front page of the blog and they are directed to the full post appearing on it’s own page where the comment boxes appear at the end of the posts.
You can enable and disable comments on free hosted WordPress.com blogs on this page > Settings > Discussion Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.

You can reveal it by clicking on Screen Options http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/ on the top right corner of your Admin page, and checking the box that says Discussion so the module is included. http://en.support.wordpress.com/modules/#list-of-modules
