Comments box absent?

Comments box is offered box ticked but not visible on PC or mobile phone, could explain deafening silence of last months.

I’m on a PC running Windows 10 and using Firefox 46 and I see comment boxes.
In order to help you Staff need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through the list that follows and report your details back here.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

(b) Make sure that you have both third-party cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled

(c) Disable all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily. Know also that security and firewall programs and programs that run incognito mode may need to be temporarily disabled as well.

Add both *.wordpress.com and *.wp.com to your list of trusted sites under the Security tab. P.SD. You may not be clear on what follows.
Unless you use the P2 theme or the P2 Breathe theme which are Twitter-like themes, the front pages of our blogs showcase content and comments are collapsed on that page. The way the comments function is coded into the core of WordPress. By clicking the post title or the comments link the posts on the front page open on their own page where all comments display. You cannot change this.
In a new blog, one does not have many posts or comments. In an established blog if the comments did not collapse on the front page it would become a mile long in no time flat and page loading time is a page ranking factor. We have only seconds before visitors refuse to wait and click out.

I can see comments on your site from both my computer and mobile device. Try opening a specific blog post as TimeThief suggests and scrolling down to the bottom. Can you see the comment box here:
