Comments box isn’t showing on my posts

  I’m having some trouble getting a comment box to show on my posts. I’ve got all the necessary boxes selected on the discussion section, and on the individual posts I’ve got the allow comments box ticked, so I’m confused as to why the comment box isn’t showing. I’ve even tried a few different themes to see if that was the issue, which its not.
  Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks

  What is the address of your site? Have you tried logging out and then visiting your site and clicking on a post title?
