comments box not displaying correctly, unable to submit comments

  Would really appreciate some help – have checked all settings and can’t work out whats wrong. The comments box on posts has is not loading properly, the text entry box is too small and no submit buttons display. Happened with no change of settings. Have tried multiple browsers. Theme is Theme: iTheme2 by Themify. Any ideas?
