Comments Box Vanished

I added a new post to my blog and the comments box is now gone from the bottom of the page. I’m assuming that readers can click on the “add comment” link under the title, but how do I keep the comments box at the bottom, and how do I keep comments on the same page as the post? Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The comment box has never displayed on the blog main page, it only shows up on the single-post page you see when you either click on the post title or on the “comments” link.
