  Please note that viewers need to register to wordpress to put in their comments. Many people do not want to do this , hence I guess I am missing out on comments and feedback. Do let me know if there is any other option for this.

  Hi there,

  You can change this setting in the discussion settings here. More info here – https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/

  Quote from that page –

  1. Comment author must fill out name and e-mail –
  When this setting is on, anyone leaving a comment will be forced to leave a name and a valid email address. If the setting is off, visitors can leave anonymous comments. Note: While your commenters do not have to fill in the email field if you’ve turned this setting off, it will still be visible to them when they comment.

  2. Users must be registered and logged in to comment –
  If this box is checked, only logged in WordPress.com users will be allowed to leave comments. If it is not checked, any visitor can leave a comment.
