Comments delay or not appearing

    My website is powered by WordPress 4.8 and ever since I migrated to a new host, the comments on the posts either do not appear on the posts after they have been posted or they appear many hours later. This kind of shortcoming has very much limited the viewership of my website (which is supposed to be a frequently visited blog).

    Also, the email that is being sent to my subscribers, instead of giving them snippets of the posts, it sends EVERYTHING in the posts in the email. That way, they don’t even have to visit the website any longer but just read their emails. I would like to know how to rectify those anomalies. Thanks.
