Comments disabled??

For some reason, the comment box is not displaying on my blog: tracibuxton.com. One of my followers would like to make a comment and could not, so she emailed me. I checked her complaint by visiting my site through my gmail account and could not find a comment box. Note: she commented twice the other day, once and then a revision. i approved the revision, but I am hesitant to “trash” or “junk” her unwanted comment as i do not want to inadvertently block her participation. Could this “comment in queue” be her problem?
If so, why can I also not see the comment box when I visit my site under another email?
PS: I double checked that I have enabled comments through my admin, settings, discussion tabs.

Hi Traci! Could you send me a link to a post that isn’t allowing comments? I am seeing a comment box on your last 3 published posts:

http://tracibuxton.com/2014/04/29/i-need-is-what-i-want/You can delete the unwanted comment that is held in your queue. It will not keep her from commenting in the future. Make sure you click Trash rather than Spam. Marking something as spam could bar a user from participating.
