Comments disappearing

    I am commenting via the reader to this site https://reflectionsonlife281.com/
    And they keep disappearing, the owner of the site says they are not in her spam box..
    Also other reply to my comments are not registering in my notification box, so that I do not see their answers.. And I have found 5 sites that I follow have been unfollowed not by me..
    Can you please help..

    Hi there,

    the owner of the site says they are not in her spam box..

    I can see two comments from you in the spam folder on that site, so the site owner might have missed them.

    As the Akismet team has told you before, we cannot unspam any comments by you on someone else’s site. The site owner will need to unspam them.

    If your comments are being marked on multiple sites, you’ll need to contact Akismet directly for help, as I see you’ve done before.

    And I have found 5 sites that I follow have been unfollowed not by me..

    I can see that your account has unfollowed several sites this past week. The sites were all unfollowed from your regular IP address, meaning that it was done using your computer. There’s no indication in your site’s logs that anyone else has unfollowed those site.

    Also note that site owners have the power to remove followers from My Site ->People if they choose. Nothing prevents you from re-following a site, but that’s also a possibility of how you could have been unfollowed.

    Thank you for looking into this.. I will inform the site about the Spam. And the sites that were unfollowed were not the ones I unfollowed this week. I unfollowed sites which were no longer posting.
