  If I comment on any sites, they do not appear

  Hi there,

  have you tried reaching out to the website owners to find out why your comments are not being published?

  The thing is, if you are logged into WordPress.com you should be able to comment on posts on websites unless your email address is somehow blocked by the site owner or your comments are ending up in trash/spam folder, in which case the site owner needs to change the status of the comment to approved.
