Comments don't appear

  In the last time I have problems with commenting on other blogs, wether it’s a wordpress blog or another platform. Sometimes it’s working and sometimes my comments just don’t appear. When I copy and paste my comment and try it again the system just tells me that I’ve already commentet that. But my comments don’t appear what’s very frustrating. Does anyone have an idea what’s going wrong and how I can solve that?
