Comments Don’t Recognize Me

  Just added a domain to my WordPress.com blog. So my blog now uses the domain I registered for use with it, http://riderucrs.org . However now when I login and then want to comment on a post, it does not recognize that I am infact logged into wordpress.com. Meta login says “Login” rather then “Site Admin”, No WordPress.com Ribbon at the top of the screen, and comments do not show up under my comments and my avatar does not show up either. Just trying to figure out if this is a downside to using the non-wordpress.com domain or if there is an issue that can be fixed.

  Hmm, I’m seeing the Site Admin link and the blue ribbon when I view your blog.

  As per the sticky about Domains posted at the head of these forums, staff has asked us to send in Feedback from one’s Dashboard when issues the new domain program arise. I would suggest doing this.
