comments don't show at bottom

I’d like my comments to be seen but right now you have to click the comments button. How do I make them just be visible at the bottom of the post? Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The only theme currently on WordPress.com that displays comments on the front page of the blog is the P2 theme. All other themes will display comments on the single post, but not on the front page.

But this is not recommended because your page will load in plenty of time (because of over stuffed) and your visitors will surely do not like your blog to take a lot of time to load.

    Thanks.

And, oddly enough…when I went back to my blog the two comments were there at the bottom. Very weird but at least it’s doing what I was wanting. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated!

    Cheers,
    Deanna

PS they really weren’t there when I posted my question.

When we click the permalinked title of a post or the leave a comment link the post displays on its own page with all comments below it just as justjennifer described and for the reason iphonist1provided. Best wishes with your blog.

Thanks. Is the permalinked title the one in the side bar?

Also, can you tell me how I adjust my side bar? I had found the settings for it, but can’t now. Thanks.

The permalinked title of the post or URL is the title of the post which appears on the top of the posts and everywhere else the post is linked to.
example: title > One cup, one habit, one planet

can you tell me how I adjust my side bar?

    Hi,

I have a similar question about comments. I’m really new to this blogging things, so forgive me if this is obvious… I was hoping the two or three most recent comments would appear under each blog post, encouraging visitors to comment as well. I’m using twenty eleven theme. Is there a setting I’m missing in order to allow this? It seems a pretty normal thing to see on a blog…

    thanks for your help.

Hi – If you read through this post from the start, you will have noticed that, with the exception of the P2 theme, the front page of a theme will show the number of comments on the post, but not the comments themselves. You do have to click through to the individual post to see them.

On the front page in Twenty Eleven, you have both a clickable “speech bubble” with the number of comments at the top of the post near the post title, as well as a link at the bottom of the post. Clicking on either will bring a reader directly to the comment area on the individual post and that’s better than many themes which only provide a link on the front page at the bottom of the post.
