Comments dont show up

I can’t work out why comments are not getting posted to my site, I have created a new user and I go through all the motions of posting, the comment says saved but noting appears in my comments section either for moderation or for a regular user.
I am a bit green as far as troubleshooting this so an idiots guide would be welcome.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names and have separate support forums http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

http://www.the-cloud.name/ is not hosted by WordPress.comWordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum
