Comments drop down menu

    Hi,
    Im wondering what might have changed in last 24 hours on my site or with WP. There is a little balloon near login name top right hand side that when clicked on shows comments needing approval.
    As of today, clicking on it opens a blank window with a little turning icon, but nothing loads up. This occurs on 2 different computers running different versions of windows
    Any ideas? thanks
