Comments end up with the wrong 'in response to' link.

  Users posting comments don’t see their comments, even after I (as moderator) approve them. The ‘in response to’ link in the comment list shows my header image instead (see https://statebeltrailway.org/notes/?attachment_id=14, whereas the comments were actually posted against https://statebeltrailway.org/notes/?p=167).

  This is WordPress 4.7, with the Twenty Fourteen and Twenty Seventeen themes (same result with each theme).
