  Can each page have a comments section?

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,
  
  You can enable or disable comments on all future posts by going to Settings → Discussion.

  Under “Default Article Settings,” toggle the option Allow people to post comments on new articles on to enable comments or off to disable comments.

  

  For pages, you can go to the pages Page, click the view dropdown at the top, switch to classic view, click Screen Options at the top, and then click the box next to comments.
