Comments for non-members of WP, how to do it?

  Hi,I would like to know how to make it possible for non-members of WP visiting my Blog, be able to leave a comment without becoming a member. I am with WP.com, haven’t the name-link-blog yet. Thanks

  Dashboard -> Settings -> General
  scroll down to “Membership” and uncheck the box :)
