Comments from certain blogspot users always in moderation

  Hello, there are two persons using blogspot, whose comments always go into moderation on my blog. They have previously approved comments, they don’t use links or obscene words. In the same time, I receive comments from other blogspot users which work just fine. What could be the problem for comments from these two particular blogs?

  Hi,

  When comments from those two get sent to moderation, are they logged in? I’ve called for staff attention. Staff will respond here.

  Hi @primavaratica, can you tell us the email addresses of the folks whose comments won’t go through? Go ahead and type them as regular addresses; our forum software will redact them for everyone but staff.

  Thanks, do you remember when this issue started for them?

  Also, both of these users have accounts here, and both are entering a different nickname than the one they have set at https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Please encourage them to fix that, as I believe that’s what’s causing this issue for them.
