Comments from mytaste.com— spam or legit?

Got a comment from someone from the website mytaste.com, wanting me to add my food blog to their searchable website. All I have to so is add some widget to my blog.
Has anyone else gotten this comment? What did you do? Is this website legit or not?

Blog directories can be a good way to get extra traffic to your site, BUT I had a look at this site and they appear to reproduce posts in their entirety and I can’t find any way to get to the original blogs – if I click on the permalinks which my browser shows should go to the original blog I just get redirected to another page on the same site. Thus, I’d be careful of signing up with these guys. Check them out for yourself, see if you can find a privacy and copyright policy or any information on how they get and use their content before you give them access to yours and start advertising their site in a widget on your site.

They are slime, I would not touch them at all, they take the entire Post and publish it on their site – which means no real reason for someone to visit your site – as @kokkieh very very difficult to get to the original blog.By taking your entire Post – they will kill your search ranking since your content will be appearing in more than one place
If they were legit they would take one picture and maybe 65 or so words and to read the entire recipe people would need to visit your site
They be bad people – no benefit to you at all – they will just be stealing your content – but with your blessing – and they get all the ad income from your work
