comments from wrong blogs

I am still developing my blog, so I have not publicly announced it yet, although I have a few pages posted while I’m tinkering with the appearance. In the past couple days, I have received nearly 50 comments to one of those pages, almost all of which were clearly intended for threads on other blogs. They are responding to prior comments or posts from those other blogs, and not just spam that is sent out randomly. As best as I can tell, they are from multiple other blogs. So how did all these comments get posted to my blog, and does this mean that comments that are intended for mine will be sent to some other random blog, and I’ll never see them? I have not deleted them yet. They all went into the spam folder, by the way.

Comments left on your site will be linked to your site. Please don’t worry about them.
These comments must be by spammers with a link a to another site showing similar content. The spammers learn new tricks each day and they come up with very tricky ways to get through on to a page.If the comments went to the spam folder and you also think they aren’t intended for your site, you don’t have to worry about anything. You are good.
