Comments go to spam

  I have been experiencing problems for the last 5 days with comments not publishing in posts and being dumped into spam. Many of the users are not new to my blog and even my own comments go to spam. I have written 3 times to customer support since Monday, but no reply. They are usually very prompt and very helpful. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is it my settings or is it a WordPress fix?

  Staff have over 25 million to provide support for. They deal with support tickets by addressing the earliest dated tickets first. If you contact them repeatedly this simply changes the ticket date by moving it forward in time and it takes longer to get help.
