Comments going to spam

  Hello, I’ve been notified by some of my blog followers that my comments are automatically going to their spam folders. How do I fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Jennifer! This is actually something that your followers need to adjust in their email client’s settings.

  They should add @wordpress.com to their accepted senders list. That way, your email will go to their inbox, rather than spam folder.

  Thank you but my comments are going to their comment spam on wordpress.com not to their email spam

  Jennifer — I see. You mentioned it was your blog followers who told you this, so I assumed they were leaving comments on your blog and your replies were going to their spam email.

  Is it the other way around — are you leaving comments on their blogs?

  If this is the case, I have a few questions that will help me troubleshoot your issue:

  Are they marking your comments Not Spam when they are caught in their filters?

  Are you including 2 or more links in your comments?

  Is it possible that they may have accidentally marked you as spam in the past?

  Have they set up any words or phrases in their Comments Blacklist (which can be found at Settings → Discussion) that you might be inadvertently triggering in the body of your comment?

  Could you tell me the name of any of the blogs where you’ve been filtered as spam?
