Comments I make don't link to my blog

When I make a comment on another blogs posts, my name is not linked to my blog, you simply can’t click on it like you can on all the other names that have commented.
If you hover over my picture my Gravitar information comes up, but I want people to be able to click on my name and go directly to my blog.
I know this is possible because I can click on other names who have commented and I am taken to their blog.
How do I fix this??The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
